Continuing the second round of the eBay for Change video diaries, we are checking in again with Rosie Ginday, founder of Miss Macaroon, to hear how she is finding the programme.

Rosie is a social enterprise and part of the eBay for Change side programme. Miss Macaroon make and sell delicious French macaroons and reinvest its profits into providing career opportunities for long-term unemployed young people. This is delivered via their ‘Macaroons that Make a Difference’ training courses, which offer small groups of individuals aged 18 to 35 tailored ten week courses to build their skillset and confidence so that they are better prepared to enter the professional workplace.
